First iOS 4.3 app spotted in the App Store, still no official release date

First iOS 4.3 app spotted in the App Store, still no official release date
Apple's iOS 4.3 is on its second beta, but there's still no official release date. However, there's some indication that a 4.3 launch isn't far off. Apps with support for iOS 4.3-specific features have been popping up in the App Store today. Engadget has spotted what is probably the first app to list support for AirPlay video, a feature that requires iOS 4.3.

The app is StreamToMe, which streams media files from your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to your Mac or PC. You can even use it with TV-out cables to stream TV to your desktop. Of course, that will work a lot better with Apple's new AirPlay video feature, which supports streaming over Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
